- Active CNA certification
- 6+ months experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient demeanor
- Ability to lift 50 lbs

- Transportation to appointments
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
- Reliable transportation

- Administer medications per physician orders
- Maintain medication records
- Monitor for medication side effects
- Coordinate with nursing staff
Requirements:
- State Medication Technician certification
- 1+ years medication administration experience
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
